Furniture

For all furniture items, a minimum £30 charge will apply within the UK (£100 within Europe).


The exact delivery cost will be confirmed when you place the online order.

Please kindly ensure that there will be someone to sign for the parcel at the delivery address. Delivery to APO/BFPO and PO BOX addresses are not currently available.

We are unable to accept responsibility for customs and handling charges levied by authorities in the country of destination.

Returns & refunds

You may return goods for a full refund at any time up until 30 days after the day you receive the order.

Please inform us by sending an email to orders@douglasorde.com, stating your order reference. You must return the goods to us in exactly the same condition in which you received them and at your own cost and risk. Personalised, bespoke or special order items are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days, to the same card used to pay for your purchase. Unless goods are faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
